1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player is allowed to hold one (1) ubet77 account only. Holding more than one account, whether directly or indirectly through family members or friends who share banking details or identity information, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, players are required to provide information that is true, complete, and current. This information includes:

• Valid identity card number (MyKad).
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in the player's name.
• The name of a bank account or e-wallet suitable for fund transfers.

Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in the account being suspended and any balance within it being forfeited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ubet77 accepts a range of local payment methods suited to Malaysian players. Available deposit methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. There is no different minimum deposit based on the payment method.

• Deposited funds must be used solely for gambling activities on the ubet77 platform.
• Deposits made through third parties or other individuals are prohibited.
• ubet77 does not process deposits originating from unlawful or suspicious sources.
• Any suspicious transaction will be investigated and may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

ubet77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges depending on the method chosen.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their ubet77 account using the same methods as deposits, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved by the ubet77 finance team. This processing period is subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance issues.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same player's name.
• Players are required to fulfil all applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal is approved.
• ubet77 has the right to request additional verification documents before approving any large withdrawal request.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect account details are entirely the player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ubet77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: ubet77 offers a first bonus of 150% up to RM1,000 on the first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address. ubet77 reserves the right to void bonuses and reject related winnings if there is any abuse or attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback, VIP bonuses, and special promotions will carry their own wagering requirements stated separately on the relevant promotion page. Bonus expiry dates apply according to the period specified in each promotion.

7. Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the ubet77 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed live from registered casino studios. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a verifiable technical error.

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or display errors is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that assist in placing bets automatically is prohibited.
• ubet77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, any match that is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will be considered void and bets will be refunded.

8. Accepted Player Conduct

• Use of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language on the platform.
